Anne-Clotilde Picot has been with IKEA for over 20 years. As Marketing Manager for IKEA Belgium, she spent nearly six years repositioning the brand and exploring new ways to connect with customers and improve life at home.
In 2019, she became Business Development & Transformation Manager, helping IKEA Belgium become more sustainable, accessible, and in tune with evolving customer needs.
Since March 2022, Anne-Clotilde has taken on the role of Country People & Culture Manager, leading the HR strategy and supporting a strong, values-driven company culture. She’s also a board member at the Belgian Association of Marketing, where she contributes to their Diversity & Inclusion Think Tank.
